Dempsey will provide the Client companies several candidates for the job position that need to be filled up free of charge. These candidates will be pre-screened and pre-qualified to determine whether their qualifications and/or competencies matches with the requirements set by the Client for the desired job position.
Practically the service is free.
Plus it saves the company time, money and effort in entertaining number of unqualified and incompetent candidates that usually come during the usual free-for-all recruitment activities in response to expensive print advertising in a leading Sunday newspaper.
Reasonable Service Fee will only be charge once you find the right person to fill up the vacant position after your own evaluation and assessment.
