In this position, you will be:

Coordinating travel arrangements for members of the company, including booking flights, hotels, and rental cars for business trips, and preparing vouchers.
Utilizing mail merge to produce name badges, signage, and tent cards.
Analyzing data, preparing reports, and identifying solutions to resolve administrative problems.
Coordinating relocation and temporary accommodation arrangements.
Drafting documents, meeting notes, and presentations for executives.
Responding to phone calls and emails, and facilitating communication both internally and externally.
Managing the calendar, booking appointments, and scheduling conference calls and meetings for the manager or department/division head.
Assisting with meeting planning activities, including registering for events, booking rooms, setting up webinars, and registering visitors.
Maintaining knowledge of the executive’s schedule to provide accurate information to stakeholders.
