Qualifications:
. Male; not more than 45 years old
. Must be a licensed EE

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Supervise directly all facility operation and maintenance program.
2. Responsible in the implementation of company rules and regulation as well as uplifting the morale and discipline within the Department
3. Prepare a year round preventive maintenance and cost savings program.
4. Sourcing and evaluation of new supplier, vendors and contractors for new project.
5. Prepare, recommend projects for management approval and provide engineering design and cost analysis on a certain projects.
6. Set-up machines as company standard.
7. Coordinates/ interact department activities and special projects to ensure quality and meet timetable
8. Responsible on all legal requirements of the plant.
9. Plant PCO, responsible for the environmental concren of the plant
10. 7's member. Improve plant facility and its working condition.
11. Responsible for General Services of the plant, General services pertaining to the cleanliness and orderly plant facility.
12. Implement corporate wide faclilities ( structural ) improvement to correcting a particular plant quality, safety and security problem.
13. Responsible for the repair and maintenance of the existing requirement of the company as well as facilitation of future additional electrical, mechanical and civil requirements.
