We are looking for Co-Freelance Agent for Recruitment Agency.


Qualifications:

- Graduate/Undergraduate of any course as long as she/he is capable to find a right person that suits the job.
- He/She can handle different types of people and personalities.
- He/She must have the ability to conduct different types of interviews but not necessary.
- He/She must be honest, organized and have rules.
- He/She must know how to follow instructions and willing to be mentored.
- He/She have the ability to learn more effective strategies to find more applicants.
- With work experience is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Good decision making skills.


Salary and other Benefits:

- This job is COMMISSION BASIS. (No Allowance, No Monthly basic salary)
- For Saudi Applicant, you can get P10,000 for every successful applicant after departure from Philippines.
- For Qatar Applicant, you can get P5,000 for every successful applicant after departure from Philippines.
- Kung meron kang 3 aplikante na sabay-sabay na nakaalis ng pinas papuntang SAUDI ARABIA, you are entitled of additional P15,000.
- Kung meron kang 3 aplikante na sabay-sabay na nakaalis ng pinas papuntang QATAR, you are entitled of additional P7,500.


Requirements:

- CV or Resume with 2x2 Photo
- NBI Clearance
- Barangay Clearance
